Introduction

I watched my father and uncles build businesses, families and lives to be proud of. I started with a lawnmower, worked through college and began a nearly 20-year journey that led to starting Hilltop Advisors.

I started in commercial lending at BB&T (Truist) and earned my MBA at night. I then led M&A and business development for a middle market business. As an investment banker, I’ve advised public & private clients across a variety of industries on mergers, acquisitions and capital raise transactions valued at over $2.5B.

I’ve also been fortunate to advise businesses as a consultant and Advisory Board member. I’ve helped manage rapid growth, recapitalize, improve profitability, implement acquisition plans and effect turnaround plans for businesses.

I proudly serve as officer in the United States Navy Reserve, Supply Corps. I also serve our community on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (Dekalb County), and previously served our industry on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth, Atlanta. I have been honored as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Georgia State University. My wife and I are raising 3 young kids in a faith-driven home in Roswell, GA.
